Shipping & Returns

All orders placed before 5pm EDT will be shipped the next business day. If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date please let us know. We endeavour to get all orders posted as soon possible. Delivery duration is estimated on the Cyanide Clothing website during checkout. This timeframe is based on that provided by Australia Post and is provided as an estimate only. Cyanide Clothing is not responsible for delivery durations outside the estimates provided by Australia Post.

Orders placed with Cyanide Clothing that are to be delivered within Australia have the option to be sent with Australia Post Standard service or Australia Post Express service. Orders that are to be delivered outside Australia will be delivered with Australia Post Air Mail service.

Australia Post shall deliver products by standard postal service, express post or Air Mail (International) to the delivery address that you have given us. All delivery is subject to availability of products. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available. Cyanide Clothing shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was due to any cause beyond Cyanide Clothing’s reasonable control. This includes public holidays, industrial strikes, customs delays and natural disasters.

Cyanide Clothing will accept returns on items that are:

  • Wrong size (exchange only)
  • Wrong item shipped (exchange or refund), or
  • Defective (exchange or refund).

The items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please also include the original invoice. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the wrong item was shipped or if the item was unknowingly defective.

In order to make a return, please contact customer service at info@cyanideclothing.com.au within 15 days of ordering to obtain a return form. Please fully complete the return form and send it along with your garment and product invoice back to Cyanide Clothing with any postal service of your choice.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

We will notify you via e-mail within 2 working days once your return has been received and processed. It is very important that when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
